Attorney Profile
Maria Mayrovich, Esq.
Hi and welcome! I found my desire to become an attorney after dealing with a personal immigration case (EB1 - persons of extraordinary ability). Now I want to help you explore your options for non-immigrant and immigration benefits, while educating you on ways to maintain your status in the U.S. without violations. Immigration law can be extremely complex and it changes constantly, so it is important to work with a lawyer you can trust and who understands your needs. As an immigrant myself, who has gone from holding non-immigrant visas for years to becoming a U.S. citizen, I can appreciate the depth of your struggles. I have a decade of immigration experience - from personal to professional.
While my office primarily focuses on helping clients with their immigration & naturalization benefits, I also have an extensive knowledge of other legal fields (civil & corporate litigation, personal injury, and business law) after working for numerous law firms in the SF Bay Area and San Francisco from 2014-2021, before opening my own practice. These exposures help me look at all cases I take from various angles to find the best possible solutions for my clients.
